 The name "Buldak" (불닭) means "fire chicken" in Korean, and the dish is made with a spicy sauce that is made with gochujang (chili pepper paste). The noodles are also coated in the sauce, making for a very spicy and flavorful dish. The noodles are made with wheat flour, water, salt, kansui (sodium carbonate), vegetable oil. The soup is also flavored with gochujang (chili pepper paste), soybean paste, sugar, garlic, onion, sesame oil, corn syrup, red chili pepper powder, black pepper.


3. Jjapagetti: Jjapagetti is a brand of instant noodle produced by Nongshim in South Korea. It was first released in 1984, and it is the second best-selling instant noodle brand in South Korea, behind Shin Ramyun. The name "Jjapagetti" is a portmanteau of the Korean words "jjajangmyeon" (짜장면) and "spaghetti". Jjajangmyeon is a popular Korean dish made with black bean sauce, and spaghetti is a type of Italian pasta. It is made with wheat flour noodles, black bean sauce, and vegetable flakes. Although commonly consumed as a fast and effortless option, this dish allows for a plethora of toppings, ranging from eggs and cheese to a diverse array of vegetables. One of the most popular ways to eat Neoguri is to combine it with another instant noodle called Jjapagetti.
