We'll share you the most important lesson about the Golden Age of Longevity, and we'll get to know our lovely participants who are continuing their journey with the HACD mentors.

Finally, we will be able to read about the fourth class of Season 2, and we are overjoyed to see the participants' gracious greetings. The presentation was made very smooth and fascinating by Mentor Jeonghae, the MC of the meeting, who additionally explained the lesson arrangement for everyone. Before we proceed into class, HACD has an incredible surprise for everyone! We would like to share this wonderful and heartwarming video of Aanushreya talking about the Season 1 presents she got. It's lovely to see how appreciative she feels about the gift she received because HACD gave her a certificate in recognition of her hard work. We are also pleased by how much she cherished the hand-written letter from her excellent Mentor, who is Menjor Seo-young, one of HACD's greatest graphic designers. We would like to thank her for supporting HACD and say how much we loved watching the video she made. We are amazed that she told everyone about her experience with HACD, which is very incredible. In addition, we presented the lovely remarks from the students about the previous week's class, which stated that they truly like the topics that we discussed and the experience of the meditation class was very beneficial to them. It's wonderful to learn that meditation brought them calm and they felt that their experiences were deeply meaningful. The feedback from the participants on the program we presented last week makes HACD very fulfilled, and for the fourth class, we'll continue the meditation practice so that we may keep having wonderful experiences. We would like to introduce Teacher Jo before we begin the meditation so that she may guide us how to regulate our breathing correctly and how to meditate in a refreshing way. We strive to have a 15-minute meditation at the start of each class to help us feel calm and energized. 
Let's move on to the lesson. Our speaker for the fourth class will be Teacher Park, who is one of the top interpreters at the Daehan History and Culture Association. Thanks to Teacher Park's ability to explain the lecture in a simple and understandable manner and share his expertise of the topic, we are greatly fortunate. Many of the world-wide attendees reviewed the presentation, expressed their gratitude, and raised several interesting questions. We all have such fantastic insights, and we appreciate how hard everyone worked to pay attention to and understand the presentation. We hope this will be helpful for everyone, and that you'll treasure the time you spent with HACD. We recognize about the attendees' profound interest in Teacher Park's presentation. The participants in the class are really enjoying the contents of the presentation because of his lovely voice and his insightful lectures, and we will present the key points we covered in the class. Everyone is paying close attention and making notes about the meaningful words that they can cherish. It's wonderful that Teacher Park's presentation provided us with a lot of knowledge, we now have a lot of information as a result of his explanation. We had an amazing experience studying together and truly appreciated helping each other. Their feedback is extremely important for the continuing development of HACD, and as we've promised, we will constantly provide our best presentation and enlighten everyone by giving lots of seminars.

Discovering the Rich Tapestry of Korean History and Culture:   My Journey through Bukchon Hanok Village along with HACD mentors As a Korean language student, I always dreamt of immersing myself in the captivating world of Korean history, customs, and culture. Perceptibly as a beginner, I was always searching for sources to begin my journey of understanding true Korean history and culture. I feel so fortunate that I got to know about HACD (Hallyu Archetypal Culture Delegation). Through the informative sessions curated by professors and mentors, I started to understand the true essence of Korean history in depth.  South Korea in 2018; Through my Eyes      2018 for me was a very significant year. I was in my final year in highschool and my sister who I was and still am very close to, got accepted as an exchange student (κ΅ν™˜ 학생: Gyo-Hwan Hak-Saeng) to Kyungpook National University in Daegu. I was very anxious about being so far from her for almost a whole year and soon after her departure in February of 2018, I was very dejected. Fast forward to a few months later, in the month of May, my father informed us to pack our bags for travel. It was only by mid-May did I find out that we would be traveling to South Korea! I was beyond ecstatic!    2018 in South Korea was quite a hectic time as well. Earlier in the year, the country had its first talk with North Korea in a decade, at the Joint Security Area* (JSA) regarding sending its athletes to South Korea, as it hosted the Winter Olympics for that year, in Pyeongchang.
