MC Jeonghae mentioned the video that we watched while patiently awaiting the class to begin at the beginning of the session, and the presentation is about the beautiful harmony between Korean instruments and modern music. It's fascinating to see how much the participants like the presentation that we shared with them as we wait for the other attendees. We also presented the excellent remarks from the previous week's class from the attendees before we started our lesson. HACD feels profoundly inspired and grateful that they provide such positive feedback and messages about the presentation. It's also wonderful that the meditation session provided them with lots of experience that are also being beneficial to them. Here are some of the positive feedback submitted for HACD.Finally, we are going to have the next newscard presentation! MC Jeonghae discussed it, and it states that the presentation will take place in May, so we also assisted them by providing some examples of designs and guiding them on how to create their newscard. In order to make a newscard presentation, they must choose one topic from the lectures we presented and express the lessons they've gained. Each and every one of the participants are excited, and we can see how engaged they are. HACD is looking forward to their great presentations and hearing their lovely feedback. The meditation period comes next in the lesson. We also meditated for 15 minutes with our leader, Teacher Jo. It's really pleasant to meditate while listening to soothing nature sounds. HACD seeks to assist everyone by spreading the benefits of meditation, relieving our health and improving our state of mind, enjoying harmony and tranquility, and discovering our genuine self. We enjoyed that the participants had the profound sensation of meditation and learned helpful breathing techniques. We're confident that everyone feels positive and motivated, so we're ready to begin the presentation.We appreciated Teacher Son as today's lecturer, and she discussed the Singyo, the Spirit Teaching. It's also advantageous that Teacher Park is always willing to provide additional information and explanations regarding the lectures; we always have the greatest lecturers, and it's incredible that Teacher Son and Teacher Park are always working together to provide the best quality of teachings for everyone. To be honest, everyone learned a lot from the lectures we gave in each lesson. Because of our excellent professors and supporting mentors, they are absolutely loving what they're learning. For today's lesson, we will share the topics below.

- "World Tree" depicting the 7 Slavic deities
- Yggdrasil, the Tree of Life in Norse Mythology
- The Great Pyramid & Writing Systems
- Hwandan Gogi, "Dangun Segi"

It's truly fascinating to have such essential lectures, and having awareness will enable everyone to have greater insight and understanding. We appreciate the participants' time and effort for being with HACD at all times, and we salute our excellent instructors by delivering a superb presentation and understandable lectures.
