We're delighted you've came back to our blog to explore more of our stories. It's been a while, but here's the latest chapter of our publication. Season 2 is waving back! So, let's have some fun and dive into the new thrilling events of the HACD family.

We'd like to summarize the first week of Season 2 class, and here's the next chapter of Season 1. We are so thankful to see the lovely and glowing smiles of our participants who have passionately participated the event and will forever cherish the HACD. At the opening of the meeting, we additionally presented them the amazing sights of Gyeongbokgung Palace with HACD, Mentor Jeonghae, Mentor Yeonju, and MC Naya as the tourist guides on the vlog, who dressed in traditional Korean clothing and guided participants to experience the majestic beauty of the palace. We additionally introduced our mentors and teachers for Season 2 before the class began. We have outstanding mentors and teachers. Those who successfully finish the lessons will be awarded a certificate upon successful completion of the course, as well as the opportunity to become a honorary reporter for Season 3.

Season 2 was entitled "HACD Online Book Study", and we have 8 meetings every week, which are stated on the poster below. Every Thursday at 8:00 p.m. KST, we gather with participants several countries around the world to share ideas and study together. They also prepared encouraging comments using the google form that was issued afterwards the class, and their feedback will be shared at the following meeting. It was really helpful since we realized their genuine comments expressing how they were eager to be with HACD and achieve many more wonderful memories as well as new experiences that will contribute in an interesting way that will increase everyone's confidence. On the first day of the class, we met Mr. Sangkyu Lee, our most excellent instructor and speaker, who gave the presentation for the first class of the season. It's also good to see our lovely Mentor Jeonghae and MC Naya, who are organizing the seminars for Season 2. We had the introductory day, and we also began to have a couple of lectures that we studied together, which were presented by Teacher Sangkyu Lee. He shared fascinating information, and the fundamental meditation methods as well as proper breathing were additionally demonstrated and taught throughout the course.

So, let's get started with the teachings from the first meeting with the introduction. We will present the main points of the presentations that were talked about, as well as some of the noteworthy lessons that we studied together. Surprisingly, after the lectures, several participants took part in the question and answer session and provided inspirational comments. 

We learned about the following lectures in our first class;
- The difference between history and historiography and why does it matter?
- What is the Hwandan Gogi and why do I need to know that? What is the valuable information in it?
- How can we establish the world, the dream of humanity?
- How can we live harmoniously and peacefully and how can we achieve the dream of humanity?
- How can we recover our true nature and accomplish the dream of humanity?
- How did the universe begin from the voidness, zero, the equilibrium? 
- The reason why we need to know history.
- Why history does matters to me?
- Discussing some famous quotes about history on the negative aspects.
- The general pattern of revolution.
- The process of progress in history.
- What is Hwan? The broaden explanation about Hwan.
- Why Hwan can guide us to the world of radiance and brightness?
- Singyo, Spirit Teaching and Samsim Meditation Method (Nature, Life and Essence).
- Breathing Meditation and Om & Hoom Sound Meditation.

- Visualizing the lights and focusing on the meditation method.

We are constantly motivated to continue our adventure with so many lovely people from all around the world. It's incredible that we can discuss and express our ideas and opinions.
