As the HACD Honorary Reporter, I had the remarkable opportunity to delve into the world of journalism and experience first hand the responsibilities and challenges that come with reporting. This experience was both exhilarating and eye-opening, allowing me to grow both personally and professionally. In this essay, I will share my journey as an HACD Honorary Reporter and highlight some of the most significant aspects of this unique experience.
First and foremost, being selected as the HACD Honorary Reporter was a exciting and fulfilling journey. It meant that I had been chosen among a pool of talented individuals to represent the organization and share its mission with a wider audience. This recognition provided me with a sense of validation and motivation to put my best foot forward and deliver high-quality content that would resonate with readers. As an HACD Honorary Reporter, my main responsibility was to cover events and activities organized by the organization. This involved attending various conferences, seminars, and workshops and community development that I experienced with my Korean related hobbies and knowledge. Through these experiences, I not only learned about the latest advancements and trends in these areas but also had the privilege of interacting with experts, professionals, and individuals directly impacted by these issues. These interactions helped me gain invaluable insights and develop a more nuanced understanding of the challenges facing our communities.

Everyone can engage in cultural workshops, learning traditional Korean activities like hanbok wearing, tea ceremonies, or even K-beauty sessions. These are my collection of pictures on what I experienced during my time of being a honorary reporter. One of the most rewarding aspects of being an HACD Honorary Reporter was the opportunity to give a voice to those events that supports Philippines and South Korea relation. I had the chance to join to some events in Korean Cultural Center here in the Philippines. These activities allow everyone to embrace the archetypal elements of Korean culture and gain a holistic understanding of its allure. Pursuing this role also pushed me out of my comfort zone and encouraged me to develop new skills. I had to quickly adapt to different writing styles and journalistic conventions, which required a steep learning curve.
I was introduced to the intricacies of media ethics and the importance of accuracy and objectivity in reporting. These experiences not only honed my writing abilities but also instilled in me a sense of responsibility and integrity as a journalist.
I enjoy writing about the events I have every month, and when I get a reward like being a monthly reporter, it makes my heart grow fonder. This kind of event strengthens my will to persevere in the upcoming activities even more. Being an HACD Honorary Reporter provided me with an invaluable experience that I will always cherish. It not only deepened my understanding of the fields of health, agriculture, and community development but also allowed me to make a meaningful impact by amplifying the voices of those who are often overlooked. This opportunity pushed me to grow both personally and professionally, equipping me with essential skills and a greater sense of empathy. As I move forward, I am grateful for the lessons learned and the connections made, and I am confident that my experiences as an HACD Honorary Reporter will continue to shape my journey in the world of journalism.
