Hello, everyone! It's great to have you here on the HACD blog page. Season 2 is now accessible, and we will share the greatest achievements from each class with you. Have you read the Season 2 introduction and first class? If you haven't read it yet, you should do so right now. Let's go on to the second class topic. We are always delighted to share our adventures with you!๐
So, let's get started! We knew after the first class of Season 1 that the participants adored the presentation and lectures. We heard their best impressions, and they provided us with genuine comments and great inspiration for HACD. It's really sweet to see how much participants appreciate the great teachings we provide and how it helps them grow. As we do so, we are going to feature some of the greatest reviews from our world-wide participants. We are at ease that every one of you will feel exactly the same way. Take a look at the positive feedback they presented below. It's incredible! We are extremely grateful, and it has been a fantastic pleasure to hear such positive feedback from so many participants. It's great, and they continue to work with us every week, which is impressive given how much they like what they do. In addition, before the class began, we had a meditation session to calm our minds and regenerate ourselves so that we would have more energy. We will practice our breathing method and meditate for 15 minutes with our lovely and compassionate Teacher Kelly Jo, who will help and guide everyone in practicing a proper meditation every week. We also presented a graphic presentation and peaceful music for participants to listen while meditating with the goal to have a lot better visualization and execute the Meditation session effectively. As we can observe, Leader YeonJu Lee is also with us to correctly demonstrate how to position oneself when meditating. Everyone benefits from meditation because it's so relaxing. We are also eager to help everyone's bodily and psychological well-being. Some of the participants acknowledged how they felt during the meditation session, proving that mindfulness is really helpful and meaningful as well. That isn't the final chapter of the story. We are not yet in the middle of it, so to continue the main topic of our second session for Season 2, please welcome our intelligent and gentle instructor. We're lucky to have Teacher Son as our presenter for today's lesson, and she is well-known in Daehan History and Culture Association as one of an excellent translator and interpreter. Together with Teacher Son, we have a lovely and charming MC for each Season, so we'd like to introduce MC Jeonghae for today's lesson. She always greets us with a gorgeous smile, and we are very proud of her for constantly being full of energy and for giving her 100% to ensure that the HACD programs are successfully effective and helpful for our participants. Here we go with our class lessons; we will also simply introduce parts of the lectures which Teacher Son provided for the 2nd class. Participants are filled with joy about learning Teacher Son's lectures, and because she has a wonderful speaking, everyone is paying attention well, allowing them to ask valuable questions about the topic we've learned about during the class on that day.
